Three Birthday Wishes

Once a year we get a day that is all about ourselves, a magical day. I thought I would see just how magical it could really be and make three birthday wishes. Do you think they will come true? Maybe you could even help…

Wish Number One

I would absolutely love to celebrate my birthday with you over a delicious meal in a cosy restaurant where we could slowly get closer and closer until we decide to skip desert because we just can’t wait to be alone! Where could be more romantic than Clos Maggiore adorned with flowers to set the mood.

I’ve also recently developed a love for sushi. Maybe we could go to Sushi Samba and take in the incredible views at sunset. Cocktails in hand, views of my favourite city and scrumptious food. You know I will be eager to show my gratitude for such a treat!

Some other restaurants on my wishlist:

Chiltern Firehouse - A bit of a London institution and I still haven’t been!

Flesh and Buns - Picking lots of small plates to share and overindulging with sake

Sketch - To dine in the beautiful pink dining room. I would spend even longer making sure I look fantastic for our date!

Wish Number Two

The perfect bath. I am obsessed with pampering myself in the bath. Candles, wine, bath bomb and beautiful soaps and potions to make the experience divine. I would love any presents to help me on my journey to having the perfect bath. I particularly love Molton Brown.

Or better yet, let’s have a bath together! We’ll slip into the bubbles with a glass of champagne in hand. I’ll wash your back if you’ll wash mine 😉

I’ve even created a wishlist of wonderful bathing supplies to help get the perfect bath: The Perfect Bath Wishlist

Wish Number Three

A day out on the town together! Let’s really take our time celebrating and have an amazing day together exploring the city, hand in hand. We could start the day at the Natural History Museum viewing the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibit, an absolute favourite of mine. Then off to The Goring for a traditional afternoon tea complete with finger sandwiches and teacups that you must only use with your little finger out! We’d probably need to go and settle into the hotel for a bit of relaxation (if you know what I mean) so that we’re fresh and ready for an evening at the theatre where I’d be enthralled by a musical such as The Lion King or Jersey Boys. When we get bath to the hotel, it might be time for us to share that bath before slipping between the crisp white sheets.

Of course I would absolutely love to celebrate with you and spend time together, but if that is not possible right now and you would like to send me a gift anyway, please find my wishlist here. I would be so grateful and make sure to let you know it!
